Positive Reviews
positive:
Popular with families, close to main sights
Set slightly away from the clubs and bars of Bangla Road, this property's quieter ambience proved to be popular with young families and those who wanted a slightly more subdued Patong experience. While the calmer atmosphere was appreciated, those who wished to make their way into town or onto Patong's eponymous beach were pleased to find that the area's main sights were just a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride away from this resort.
positive:
Smiley staff made a great impression
This property's staff received nothing but praise for their smiley, kind demeanours. Attentive to detail and always keen to help, many reported that staff greeted and asked after them by name day after day, visit after visit. This made a truly fabulous impression, but guests were gratified to find that - when they really needed something - the team here did their utmost to offer genuine assistance.
positive:
Excellent on-site restaurant
This property's restaurant was one of its main talking points. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were made to order, with both Thai and western options available. The chicken satay seemed to be a guest favourite and many commented that, in terms of quality, this eatery offered great value for money.
