Guests admired the hotel's easy access to public transportation whether train, bus, or taxi. It is just half hour from the airport and two-minute walk from the metro station. This location has a multitude of ways to get around!
Many of the previous guests commented that this hotel is way cheaper compared to other Dubai Hotels considering its good location. Although the hotel facilities are not very impressive, one thing is for sure - this hotel is pocket friendly. It is a good option for those looking for low cost accommodation just for sleeping at night.
The staffs, specifically the housekeeping and service staff are commended by guests for being absolutely polite. They give excellent service, and they obviously know how to give importance towards the guests.
Most guests were extremely annoyed with the loud noise and music from the three clubs in this hotel. They could not sleep because these clubs were operating until three in the morning. Thus, they suggested that future guests should choose a room located on the higher floors if they want to sleep well at night.
There was a charge for the use of parking space contrary to what the staff declared before the guests made reservations, which made them disappointed. Moreover, the parking fee was quite high.
Guests complained about the rude and unfriendly lady receptionist. According to them, she didn't smile and had no trace of hospitality. They also observed that she was being impolite and blunt to the people she was talking to.
