positive:
Great location for eating and shopping
The very best thing about this hotel is that it is within a very easy walk of some amazing foodie streets, many of which are brimming with superb sushi, ramen and teppanyaki joints. The fact that it is also so close to a shopping mall as well as plenty of markets and supermarket tops things off nicely.
positive:
Accommodations are quite spacious
Because this is a relatively old hotel means, the guest rooms here are a little larger than those proffered by most Tokyo business/budget hotels. There's even enough space to comfortably spread your opened suitcases on the floor when packing and unpacking. Fancy that!
positive:
Plenty of freebies!
Along with complimentary nightwear, bath towels and a facecloth, you get shampoo, conditioner and body soap, not to mention a toothbrush, razor and, cotton swabs, all for free. How good is that?

negative:
Train noise can be a problem
The proximity of this hotel to the Tokaido Main Line means you can often hear (and feel) the rumble of trains whenever they pass. Guest rooms on the eastern side of the property are the most susceptible.
negative:
Shuttle bus has limited luggage space
It's worth noting that the airport shuttle provided is actually a minibus so there's no luggage/cargo berth underneath the vehicle. This means that ALL of your luggage must go on board (onto the seats) with you.
negative:
Quite far from ‘central' Tokyo
It has to be said that this hotel is pretty far - the best part of ten miles, in fact - from the ‘heart of Tokyo' (Chuo). Something to bear in mind if you're staying on a budget and/or are likely to have little time for sightseeing.
