The Tourist Resort Cerrado of Outerinhos is located in full Cinfães village, next to City Hall, taking as a reference the house, a building whose construction dates from the 2nd half of the nineteenth century and was ordered to be built by a descendant of the noble Baiao. The reconstruction and rehabilitation of the building and surrounding area aimed to respond to a gap in the Village, a tourist accommodation property, when it was possible to combine the past with the present. Almost all of the original outlines of the house were preserved, wherein the wood, slate and granite are the raw materials present. The house consists of four floors: 1st floor - old winery and mill, now part of conviviality and leisure; 2nd floor - service area where we find the reception, meal room and kitchen; 3rd floor - area of ​​the bedrooms and the living room. 4th floor - the old chalet Hidalgo area.
