The Levandara farmhouse lies among the hills of Fermo and Monterubbiano, in an area caressed by the breeze from the east which blows off the sea. 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and 30 minutes from the National Park of Monti Sibillini, the farm offers a unique and magical landscape, embracing at a glance the sea, the gentle hills sung about by Giacomo Leopardi. La Levandara was founded in 1990; inspired by love for nature and passion for authenticity, the owner's desire was to let people discover the beauty of an enchanting land. There is a outdoor swimming pool with two communicating basins: main pool and children’s pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and umbrellas, and amazing, breathtaking landscapes. The skilfully restored old farmhouse lies in a land of about 30 hectares, surrounded by meadows, forests and olive trees that the hosts use to produce their extra virgin olive oil. The Levandara Farmhouse in collaboration with Centro Ippico Monterosato organises excursions and other horse activities.
