Camping site Inzu Lodge (Gisenyi, Rwanda)

Inzu Lodge provide ecological accommodations and a unique tourism experience while respecting Rwanda’s traditions and which will also benefit the local community. Situated 7 kilometres away from Rubavu (Gisenyi), Inzu Lodge is perched on one of the hilltops surrounding beautiful Lake Kivu. It offers lodging in 4 safari tents that can hold up to 2 or 3 people each. The tents are decorated and furnished with one double size bed, or 2 single beds, 2 night tables, shelving and chairs. The restaurant’s menu contains an interesting mix of traditional dishes (Sambaza, ubugali, grilled fish) as well as international dishes (tuna salad, steak with bearnaise sauce, etc.) Specialties are chicken and Inzu Lodge fish. This one is cooked inside banana leaves.
