Stee In Stad

Stee in Stad is staying the night in the neighbourhood, behind the front doors of ordinary public housing. The rooms have been designed by students, locals and artist. Toilet and shower are shared with your fellow-guest residents. In the kitchen you share the fridge and tea- and coffeemakers. At Stee in Stad guests are 'Noabers' (neighbours). We are located within a firm walking distance from the lively city center and the UMCG. A rental bike turns you into a real Groninger. Groningen is known as a first class bike city. Our city is always vibrant with young students. Breakfast is served at our authentic shop-on-the-corner. Stee in Stad is a learning project. Employees are training their skills and sometimes are making their first steps into the working community again. Often our workers are that bit more enthusiastic, warm, helpful en sometimes a bit slower.
