Negative Reviews
negative:
Ineffective room soundproofing system
There were complaints of noise coming from the kitchen area due to the loud preparation of breakfast staff in the morning. In addition, the loud music from the next rooms and loud conversations of large group of people from the hallway were also heard inside the rooms. Guests are advised to wear earplugs for added comfort.
negative:
Small and Uncomfortable beds
Most guests had issues with the beds' poor quality. Each bed was quite small for two persons with large frames and the quality were also terrible. Moreover, the King beds were only two beds pushed together side by side so it was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep somewhere in the middle area.
negative:
Inadequate kitchen facility
Aside from the lack of stove in the kitchen area, guests also had problems with the lack of enough kitchen amenities. There were reports of malfunctioning mini-fridge and microwave, while cooking equipment and utensils were lacking.
