Bali Spirit Hotel & Spa oozes tranquility and has a very peaceful atmosphere. It's set in the tropical Balinese rainforest, has beautiful landscaped gardens and a lush outdoor swimming pool.

Often you feel like you are all alone here, in a private little paradise, but whenever you need something or want to order drinks a member of staff is never far away. Every request is greeted with a smile!

The rooms here are fitted with beautiful wooden furniture and stone clad bathrooms that blend in perfectly with the natural surroundings. You'll also find helpful facilities outside the rooms, from a gift shop to a pharmacy.

This is quite a large resort and there are many sets of stairs to climb and descend as you navigate your way around. If you or anyone you are travelling with has any mobility issues then it's probably better to avoid this place.

The actual town centre of Ubud is quite far away from this place, around three kilometres in fact. It's a tiring walk in the tropical heat, so you'll really have to take a taxi, or consider staying in a hotel closer to the centre if you want to spend some time there.

Bali Spirit Hotel & Spa is in a fairly rural location, a quiet spot away from major infrastructure, and the free Wi-Fi here certainly suffers because of it. Ask at reception where the best place for a strong connection is.
