Location, location, location
With an unspoiled beach only steps from your
room and with shopping, bars and restaurants all just a couple of minutes
stroll away, you will find that this hotel is perfectly located for everything
you want in Tulum.
positive:

Despite being really close to all the amenities you will need, this hotel is located in what is usually a peaceful and quiet location.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A rustic experience may not be for all
Guests say that the hotel provides everything
you need, such as comfortable beds and mosquito nets, but you should be aware
that cabins are rustic in design and do not have facilities such as
air-conditioning and electricity can be intermittent. If you are looking for a
luxury experience then this hotel might not be the one for you.
negative:
Hotel next door has a noisy generator
The area does experience regular power cuts and the hotel next door has a diesel generator for when this happens. Guests who were in the cabin nearest to the generator noted that it was very loud when it was running and this did disrupt their ability to sleep, albeit only when there had been a power cut.
negative:
Insects in the room
It has already been mentioned that the cabins are rustic, but this extends to some guests finding creepy crawlies in their room. If the idea of finding a bug such as a cockroach in your room is revolting, then think twice about booking here.
