A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries feature in the en-suite bathroom. Communal services include an outdoor pool, plus sauna and steam rooms. There is a designated smoking area, plus a total of eight lifts at Atana. Fitness and business centres and a children’s playground are also provided. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and daytime dishes are served in three onsite restaurants; Garden, Olives and Freejna. There is also a 24-hour room service. Dubai Internet City Metro station is nearby with access to the city’s attractions including the restaurants, shops and water park at Madinat Jumeirah and the impressive Dubai Marina.

    The hotel offers free shuttle services to the Mall of the Emirates. The mall is one of the best places to spend your time while in the UAE. You can shop, eat, watch a movie, and do countless other things during your time there.

    Because this hotel is still quite new, it is complete with state-of-the-art amenities, both in the rooms and the rest of the house. Almost everything works right here, and the housekeeping staff is sure to keep it all spotless.

    Staff members are friendly and accommodating. They communicate with guests easily, and they are always ready to help (or call someone else to provide assistance). They are quite nice to the kids, too.

    Location is a bit far out

    The hotel is definitely designed for vacationers; not for people on business. You need a car to get around, including the heart of the city.

    The swimming pool could be bigger

    Considering this is Dubai, the swimming pool area is always going to be at the heart of many things. The pool at the hotel is adequate at best and can be rather busy. If the pool were bigger (or if there were more than one pool), that would be ideal.

    The quality of sound proofing could be better

    Noise can be a problem, especially if you have a room facing the nearby highway. There is also a bit of noise coming from within the hotel. The rooms would benefit from better soundproofing.
