The staff at the hotel is very courteous and friendly and guests found their stay more wonderful because of the great service provided by the staff. By taking care of small little guests needs to even suggesting alternate things to do, staff goes beyond their remit to make your stay very comfortable.
This hotel is great fun place for young people or business guests but it is not suitable for a family especially if you have impressionable young children. The happening nightclub and the bars with drunk people around make the stay for families with children uncomfortable!
Most of the guests were disappointed with no parking at the hotel and it was very difficult to find a parking there.
