Many guests commented that they loved the gardens and the large seasonal swimming pool on the property. It is usually not overly crowded, and kept quite clean.

Several guests said that the staff is both helpful and friendly. They can tell you all about Seville and its many attractions. They are also quick to answer questions and address concerns, such as missing hairdryers in the rooms or maintenance issues.

Almost all guests agree that one of the nicest things about this hotel is its proximity to the train station. You can easily take a train to anywhere in Seville or the surrounding area without having to worry about driving yourself around and finding your way in the city.

The walls are quite thin. Many guests said that they could hear staff and other guests in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. Some also mentioned that they could hear guests in the next room snoring at night, which kept them awake.

Several guests said that their rooms seemed quite small. Many also mentioned that the beds themselves were too small to allow couples to sleep comfortably. Several guests went on to say that the windows of many of the rooms are tiny and don't let in much light.

Some guests mentioned that the showers in their rooms were leaky. A few even said that the water from the shower flooded not only the bathroom floor, but also spread to the bedroom itself.
